-Technical description please for each module
#loading table: the bars are hoisted onto the loading rack by a crane and unfolded in order, automatically sent to the feeding roller. After the bar enters the roller, it will automatically be transported to the predetermined position of pusher device,then be ready.
#pushing pointer: when bar reaches the designated position, the pushing pointer starts to clamp the bar through drawing die and forcibly pushing ahead, then reserve the length of drawing jaw mouth.
#drawing car: its of single chain type,when the end of bar is at the designated position, the drawing car starts to work. the bar end is clamped and extracted out ,until the bar enters to the collecting tank,the whole flow is repeatedly.
#unloading table:its composed of chain unit,receiving arm,and collecting tank,after bar is extracted out,all receiving arms open one after another,the bar rest against on the opening receiving arms,until the bar is rolled into the receiving tank.
-Operating principle
The material to be processed are hung on the rack and arranged one by one. The curvature of the material should not be too bend, and it can automatically roll down as a standard. The first one rolls down on top of the ejector cylinder, the ejector device automatically falls on the feeding rack, and the rollers are simultaneously rolled on the rollers, and are automatically fed to the hydraulic clamping device, and then sent to the front of the mold. The material is clamped by hydraulic pressure, and the back is pressed. The oil cylinder squeezes the material through the mold. After squeezing the material with a length of 8-10 cm, the car will automatically return. When it is 2-3 cm away from the template, it will contact the air source, the clamping cylinder and the hook cylinder will move at the same time, and the hook is running at the same time. Run the trolley in the direction, after passing the set travel switch of the receiving arm, the receiving arm will automatically rotate out by 90°. In the same way, until the material is drawn, the material automatically falls into the receiving frame, the receiving arm is retracted, and the trolley continues to pull the second one when returning
